We currently offer free Australia-Wide shipping on select Tapware, Accessories & Sinks over $200!*

Please note that this delivery promotion is only available for customers purchasing online and is not redeemable in-store. 

Orders are dispatched using either our own fleet of drivers or with our select courier partners across Australia. 

We offer delivery for majority of our catalogue to most regions in Australia, subject to courier availability and access. Delivery availability and applicable shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

Shipment tracking information is automatically provided upon order dispatch.

Instant-Ship Products: Items immediately ready/prepared for dispatch. Generally dispatched by the next business day.

Standard-Ship Products: Items that require minor additional processing prior to dispatch, such as extra packaging requirements or warehouse transfers. Generally dispatched within 1-4 business day(s).

Delivery ETA's are only estimates and are subject to delays/changing conditions beyond our control.

*Certain bulky or fragile freight may be excluded from this promotion. Shipping calculated at checkout. 

Pickup

A free-of-charge pickup option is available for all orders within our trading hours.

 Pickup is available exclusively from our Melbourne Showroom (240 Wickham Road, Highett, 3190).

We will notify you as soon as your order is available for pickup. Generally, orders will be ready for pickup within 2 business days

Please ensure that you bring your proof of purchase/invoice with you when you come to collect your order. Unfortunately, we cannot release any goods without proof of purchase.
