At Sunlight Bathrooms, we understand that sometimes things don't go exactly to plan. That's why we try to keep our Returns Policy transparent and user-friendly.
Please make sure to familiarise yourself with our Returns Policy prior to any purchase to ensure that in the case of any issues post-purchase, the process is as smooth as possible.
Returns Policy (If you change your mind)
- Items must be in original packaging and condition (subject to inspection by Sunlight Bathrooms staff). Items that have been used or installed are not eligible for return.
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to contact our team about a return.
- Our team will provide you with a Returns Form, which will need to be completed and sent back to our team here.
- Delivery costs are non-refundable, and costs of return postage are to be incurred by the customer.
- Custom made/cut products are non-refundable.
- Some products may entail a 15% supplier restocking fee at the expense of the customer.
If your order satisfies all points within our Returns Policy, we are more than happy to arrange a(n):
- Exchange for a similar product
- Store credit (valid for 6 months)
- Refund via your original payment method
Faulty Product?
Sunlight Bathrooms prides itself on its affordable, high-quality products. However, in the rare case that a product arrives to you with a fault (broken part, leak) we are more than happy to replace the item(s) free of charge and reimburse the cost of postage (if any).
We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect their products on delivery.
In order for you to claim a replacement for a faulty product, a claim in writing must be provided to Sunlight Bathrooms within 5 business days of receiving the goods. After 5 days, it is deemed that the customer has accepted both the goods and liability for the goods.
When claiming for a faulty product, we do require proof of fault (i.g. photographs of damage) in order to successfully process your claim.

Faults from Transit
Shipping can be difficult! Although your orders are not only checked for damages prior to dispatch, we always ensure that your order is well packed and protected. However, on the rare occasion your product(s) may still sustain some damages during transit. Due to the fragile nature of some of our goods, Sunlight Bathrooms offers an optional "Standard Shipping + Freight Insurance" option at checkout. In the event that your product arrives damaged during transit, if selected, "Standard Shipping + Freight Insurance" covers you for any damages and warrants you for a replacement free of charge!
Warranty
All products we sell are subject to applicable Manufacturers Warranty and Trading Terms, that of which differ between each manufacturer. The type and length of warranty of a particular product is provided within the relevant product page on our website.
