Returns Policy Guidelines
- Items must be in original packaging and condition (subject to inspection by Sunlight Bathrooms staff). Items that have been used or installed are not eligible for return.
- Delivery costs are non-refundable, and costs of return postage are to be incurred by the customer.
- Custom made/cut products are non-refundable.
- Some products may entail a 15% supplier restocking fee at the expense of the customer. Contact our team to learn more about your order.
If your order satisfies all points within our Returns Policy, we are more than happy to arrange a(n):

- Store credit (valid for 6 months)
- Refund via your original payment method
